What is your private policy?
Bright Limousine does not release the account list or cleint list to any outside organization.It is our policy to protect the privacy and identity of all clients at all times.
Do you have correct insurance?
Yes we have MORE than required amount by laws in our state to make sure your protected in case of an accident. We provide 5 million per limo.
Can we smoke in limousines?
All our vehicles are non-tobacco vehicles. We will gladly stop at anytime for your convenience.
Are your limousines new models?
Yes we always list the year,and replace limousines every 2 -3 years. Did you ever notice MOST limousine companies do not list the year of there limousines?
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be FAXED to us 252-745-1128 within 72 hours before scheduled trip.(fees will be applied for cancellations)Proms require 1 month.
How Many People Can The Cadillac Escalade Sit Comfortably?
Our Escalade can seat 18 passengers, but 16 more comfortably. The Lincoln can seat 8 comfortably.
How much do you require for the deposits?
Deposits are 1/2 of the total job amount, so if it is a job of $600.00 then the deposit is $300.00. All deposits are non-refundable.
